SOLD!

It's been a long month (meaning the month that just ended)-but the good news is that my house SOLD! Buyers fund tomorrow and escrow closes on Thursday (love 30 day escrows)The house has been on the market with my current realtor since late October. I had to reduce the price (thanks to the people who attempted to live and buy above their means) but ended up on the plus side; so I am pretty excited. I lived there 8 years~ It was my first home but I am so ready to move on to a brand new home... More news to follow!
I have been lagging in the BLOG department- My goal is to up load some pictures from the last few weeks, including my nephew's birthday party, last week!
Happy Easter- Here is a picture of the boy's on Easter 3 years ago! Wow- How time flies...

Congrats on your sale and it's on the upside = amazing! I wish we could sell our house due to job relocation but that's just not going to happen for anything close to what we paid 2 years ago. Nice. Thank you everyone who contributed to the mortgage crisis! So, we just have to rent it out and carry the difference until we can finally sell it in 100 years. :) Hope to see pics of your new place!

Congrats on your sale! I'm new to your blog. I came along from over at Kelly's Korner. I noticed your comment on her Easter post about a user friendly Bible. I think the new ESV study bible is great! I have one and it has helped. It also comes with online stuff. You can read the bible on line and even get the side notes to help bring clarity to difficult texts. Hope this helps!!
